The Catholic Church in Connecticut is headed for a
show-down in the State Supreme Court over when victims of priest sex abuse in
the past can report their crimes.
I don't understand this. Is the law currently up to 30 years once the person turns 18? If so, I can see the problem with such a law is obvious. It could be quite difficult to verify something once the accused comes to old age or even dies.
What are they trying for this law to state? I don't see the entire picture of this story.
