Deacon goes to the dogs

I'm not sure what is sadder...the fact that this deacon wore a dog mask for Mass...

...or the stupidity of the people on social media cheering him on.

Really people? Gushing about a deacon giving a homily at Mass... in a dog mask? 😒

I'd be weeping.

Why are people saying "that's great" and "I may start coming to church with this guy"? This guy? What about the guy who DIED FOR YOU, YOU FREAKING MORON!

These people are so incredibly stupid its painful to witness.

If you go to Mass and aren't overwhelmed by the FACT that GOD is there, Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity why in the world would you be thrilled to see a man in a dog mask?

Do you not see how far you've fallen?

God help you.
