I don't understand this. Is the law currently up to 30 years once the person turns 18? If so, I can see the problem with such a law is obvious. It could be quite difficult to verify something once the accused comes to old age or even dies.
ReplyDeleteWhat are they trying for this law to state? I don't see the entire picture of this story.
