Catholic Events

It gives me great pleasure to let you know that Dom Alcuin Reid will be giving a talk based on his new book, Sacra Liturgia, of which he is the editor at St. Mary's Church in Norwalk.
Dom Alcuin is a monk of the Monastère Saint-Benoît in Fréjus-Toulon, France. He has lectured and has published extensively on the Liturgy, including The Organic Development of the Liturgy with a preface by Joseph Cardinal Ratzinger, and The Ceremonies of the Roman Rite Described. He is a supporter of the Traditional Roman Mass, not, as he would say, as a “Traditionalist” but as a Catholic. We are hoping that he will have copies of his new book for sale after the talk.
This is a great opportunity to hear one of the very best liturgical scholars and authors in the Church today. I hope you will come and bring friends.
