Answering Michael Voris: Change the people and people will change their society

 

Today Michael Voris over at Church Militant presents the problem of liberals pushing their evil agenda's on the population with little to weak resistance from conservatives. 

quote: "Inevitably, the topic comes up of why there is so little resistance put forward to slow down liberals and modernists in the Church. We see the same thing happening in the culture, in the political arena. It's always liberals pushing and shoving their agenda down everyone's throats — just think same-sex marriage and transgender insanity. They are constantly pushing their causes and rabble-rousing.
And in the face of their continual stream of invective and foot-stomping, conservatives just back down or give way. It is the conservatives who are always retreating and compromising, looking for a middle way or common ground. This is why Donald Trump has captured the initiative in the GOP primaries. He called the bluff of the wimpy establishment types because he knew that the rank and file have had it. And he's right.
We see the same phenomenon in the Church. In our interview a few months ago with the highly respected Bp. Rene Gracida, he told us that most conservative-minded bishops also happen to be introverts and are seldom the ones grabbing the microphone at the U.S. Bishops' twice-annual national meetings. Is it the case that within the DNA of most conservative-minded people, there is a personality problem, a reluctance to confront wrongdoing? 
Sure seems that way. Might it also be the case that conservative-minded people are more indifferent — or they care, but don't care enough. Whatever it is, something is wrong." 

I'm not sure I agree with that.  Sure something is wrong, but its not the laity.  Of course, there are far too many lukewarm pew sitters out there, but I don't think the majority of conservatives who aren't constantly battling liberal agendas are slackers or indifferent.  There are two other issues at work here: Protestant influence on Catholics and useless Catholic clergy.

Sadly, many among the protestant conservatives have begun to see "the writing on the wall" that evil will spread throughout End Times (whenever they think those times are- it differs by person) and instead they have decided to cling to Christ's words in Matthew 10 and Acts 13:51 and "shake the dust from their feet".  I have personally heard this excuse from them myself.

Many conservative protestants have given these verses as validation for moving away from some battles with liberals, and now we see with the protestant infiltration into Catholic parishes that some Catholics now too hold to this view that "Well, we told them, they didn't listen, so we're moving on to other things" mentality. 

Of course this is NOT the appropriate Catholic response. We ARE our brother's keepers and we need to fight and pray and battle against evil, lies and heresy until our last breath- BUT...

...oh you knew there would be a but.  

BUT... when Catholics see Catholic clergy (including popes whomever they may be) who REFUSE to point out heresy and make statements that they are not interested in converting people to the Catholic Faith... the laity are left feeling deflated, defeated and tired. Tired of too often being the only ones showing more concern for souls being lost then global warming and immigration concerns. 

This is a failing of the Church, not the laity.  It is not the laity who have given up, it seems to many of us, that it is the hierarchy [some] in the Church that have given up on the Church's mission to save souls and convert people.  

Change the people and the people will change their society. 

The Church once told protestants what their errors were and worked hard to tap down heresy where ever and whenever it popped up.  No longer does the Church do this. 

Now we dialogue. 

Soon we will "commemorate" a heretic and heresies still held today by the heretic's followers.  Is it any wonder that protestants are miss using bible verses to suite their agendas?  This is a cancer to the True Faith and like cancer it is spreading from inside protestant communities and into Catholic parishes because there are little to no Catholic clergy willing to say "Hey! That is heresy!" and then TEACH the truth.

Again, this is a failing of the Church's clergy, not the laity.

The Church is working backwards, and because it is working backwards it is losing people to heresy and souls to damnation.  

Christ didn't commission His Holy Catholic Church to settle border policies, or end global warming.  Christ wants souls to be saved, He wants people to enter His Holy Catholic Church and enjoy the gifts found there. 

The Church has either forgotten this, or has decided [for the time being] to abandon saving souls in favor of saving the planet from global warming. 

God help us all.

Rainbow Boxes coming to your library soon!

The indoctrination of our children continues with a "project" aimed at filling public libraries with more gay agenda promoting young adult books to make LBGT+ more normalized and accepted among our children. 

The current project "Rainbow Boxes" is planning to send a box of gay, lesbian, transgender etc, etc young adult books to all 50 states in America and they don't want these books in a marked "LBGT" area...no they want them mixed in with other young adult books so that unknowing kids will pick them and read them without knowing what they might be in store for.

They understand there will be challenges to reaching their goals. 

The goal I am seeing here is to get publishers to pump out more filth than they already are.  I'm a parent who reads YA because I have young adult readers in my home and I want to know what they are reading and what the school is sending home as "suggested reading lists"- its trash.  It's often graphic and loaded with sexual encounters- both hetero and homosexual.  It's corrupting our children and most parents are completely clueless as to what these books actually contain. 

The goal here...sneak the books into areas where unsuspecting YA readers who aren't looking for LBGT books will get one anyway.  

I am sure these two gay activist authors will soon be barraged with money and book donations from the corrupt ilk of our society looking to corrupt more of our children.  It's what they do folks.  

If you're a parent, please pay attention to what your children are reading- don't assume a school reading list is actually good for your child- usually it's not.  

Also, pay attention to what books are on the children's and YA shelves at your local libraries.  Your child may be reading content you aren't aware of.  And don't forget Catholic school libraries...don't think these books can't one day end up there too.

Gays & drag queens gather to watch young boy 'twerk' for them

**WARNING: Adult content**


Once more I say, WHY isn't there a ban on children at gay pride parades?  Using a child (who is sexually dancing) to entertain all the homosexuals and transgenders gathered around cheering him on has to be considered some form of abuse- doesn't it?

Where is the outrage over this?  Is it because he is a young boy?  What if it were a young girl gyrating in front of a group of men cheering her on?  Would anyone stop that?  Would the men be arrested?

Would the Department of Children's Services investigate the parents who allowed their little girl to dance sexually before grown men?

Why is no one doing anything for this boy?

Below is probably the most disturbing and disgusting Youtube video I have ever seen.

The young boy (maybe 8 to 10 years old??) is at a gay pride parade "twerking" as adults stand around watching him and filming him.  That he even knows how to "twerk" is disturbing enough, but to see him perform for these immoral people is horrendous.

There aren't words to express the disgust and outrage I feel for the people who have done this to this child.  They are corrupting him, leading him into disgusting and vile behavior for their own entertainment.  This truly, truly sickens me.

I'd like to share again, an article I previously wrote about banning children from ALL gay pride parades and other events.  Children MUST be protected from these despicable vile people.


God send them wisdom to know the evil they are doing.

Vatican: Woohoo! Front and center dissenting gay activists!

Once more, this papacy has caused scandal to the faithful (and by “faithful” I mean devout practicing Catholics who accept Church teaching) by giving a dissenting group of homosexual activists a VIP seat in St. Peter’s Square during a papal audience with the “Who am I to judge” Pope Francis.

Quote: A prominent American Catholic gay rights group was given VIP treatment for the first time at an audience with Pope Francis on Wednesday, a move members saw as a sign of change in the Roman Catholic Church.“This is a sign of movement that’s due to the Francis effect,” said Sister Jeannine Gramick, co-founder of New Ways Ministry, which ministers to homosexual Catholics and promotes gay rights in the 1.2 billion-member Church.Gramick and executive director Francis DeBernardo led a pilgrimage of 50 homosexual Catholics to the audience in St. Peter’s Square.They told Reuters in an interview afterwards that when the group came to Rome on Catholic pilgrimages during the papacies of Francis’s predecessors John Paul and Benedict, “they just ignored us”.This time, a U.S. bishop and a top Vatican official backed their request and they sat in a front section with dignitaries and special Catholic groups. As the pope passed, they sang “All Are Welcome,” a hymn symbolising their desire for a more inclusive Church.

How nice (not!) that a U.S. Bishop and top Vatican official (would like to know who that is) supported the request to give dissenting Catholics who support mortal sin and flaunt it (sin of scandal) a special VIP place at the Vatican.   

And these dissenting ‘catholics’ sing a protestant song (“All are welcome” see link below for more on that little gem) to push their desire for the Church to welcome mortal sin and redefine it.  

Clearly, some Bishops and “top Vatican officials” DO support mortal sin and we’ve learned from the Synod on the family last fall that there is a deep evil desire within the Church to do just that-redefine what is and isn’t sin.  Thank our dear Lord that He sent the Holy Spirit to protect the Church from not only the evil outside the Church, but also the evil disgusting men inside the Church who work to destroy Her from the inside.  They will not succeed in destroying the Church, so there NEVER any need for Catholics to run out of the Church Jesus Christ founded for something else that “looks” like His Bride.  Christ wasn’t a polygamist- he has only One Bride. 

I am a big fan of Blessed Anne Catherine Emmerich and have been for many years.  I think she would completely understand what devout Catholics today are suffering because of the current state of the Church: 

Quote: Sister Emmerich lived during one of the saddest and least glorious periods of the Church's history, when revolution triumphed, impiety flourished, and several of the fairest provinces of its domain were overrun by infidels and cast into such ruinous condition that the Faith seemed about to be completely extinguished. Her mission in part seems to have been by her prayers and sufferings to aid in restoring Church discipline, especially in Westphalia, and at the same time to strengthen at least the little ones of the flock in their belief. Besides all this she saved many souls and recalled to the Christian world that the supernatural is around about it to a degree sometimes forgotten. A rumour that the body was stolen caused her grave to be opened six weeks after her death. The body was found fresh, without any sign of corruption. In 1892 the process of her beatification was introduced by the Bishop of Münster.

Our Lord gave Emmerich a lifetime of amazing visisions and among those visions include the attempted destruction and then restoration of the Church.  I thought I would share today, one of Emmerich’s visions for two reasons 1) I am reading Emmerich again as part of my Lenten plan (I always make a Lenten plan) and 2) because I think some might find comfort in this vision- especially those who are considering leaving the Church for something else that merely resembles the Church.

“[Dec. 27^th] I saw St. Peter’s.  A great crowd of men were trying to pull it down whilst others constantly built it up again.  Lines connected these men one with another and with others throughout the world.  I was amazed at their perfect understanding.  The demolishers, mostly apostates and members of different sects, broke off whole pieces and worked according to rules and instructions.  They wore white aprons bound with blue riband.  In them were pockets and they had trowels stuck in their belts.  The costumes of the others were various.  There were among the demolishers distinguished men wearing uniforms and crosses.  They did not work themselves, but they marked out on the wall with a trowel where and how it should be torn down.  To my horror, I saw among them Catholic priests. 

Whenever the workmen did not know how to go on, they went to a certain one in their party.  He had a large book, which seemed to contain the whole plan of the building and the way to destroy it.  They marked out exactly with a trowel the parts to be attacked, and they soon came down.  They worked quietly and confidently, but slyly, furtively, and warily.

I saw the Pope praying, surrounded by false friends who often did the very opposite of what he had ordered, and I saw a little black fellow (a laic) laboring actively against the Church.  Whilst it was thus being pulled down on one side, it was rebuilt on the other, but not very zealously. 

I saw many clergy whom I knew.  The Vicar-General gives me great joy.  He went to and fro, coolly giving orders for the repairing of the injured parts.  I saw my confessor dragging a huge stone by a roundabout way.  I saw others carelessly saying their breviary and, now and then, bringing a little stone under their cloaks or giving it to another as asomething very rare.  They seemed to have neither confidence, earnestness, nor method.  They hardly knew what was going on.  It was lamentable! 

Soon the whole front of the Church was down; the sanctuary alone stood.  I was very much troubled and kept thinking, “Where is the man with the red mantle and white banner whom I used to see standing on the Church to protect it?” [Interesting to note: earlier in her writings Emmerich identifies this “man with the red mantle” as St. Michael the Archangel- some suggest he is no longer seen atop the Church because the St. Michael prayer is no longer said at the end of Mass, in Emmerich’s vision of December 30, right after this vision of the Church being restored by a new pope, she once more sees Michael atop the Church] 

Then I saw a most majestic lady floating over the great square before the Church.  Her wide mantle fell over her arms as she arose gently on high, until she stood upon the cupola and spread it over the Church like golden rays.  The destroyers were taking a short repose, and when they returned they could in no way approach the space covered by the mantle. 

On the opposite side, the repairs progressed with incrediable activity.  There came men, old, crippled, long-forgotten, followed by vigorous young people, men, women, children, ecclesiastic and lay, and the edifice was soon restored.

Then I saw a new Pope coming in procession, younger and far sterner looking than his predecessor.  He was received with pomp!  He appeared about to consecrate the church.  But I heard a voice proclaiming it unnecessary as the Blessed Sacrament had not been disturbed.

The same voice said that they should solemnly celebrate a double feast, a universal jubilee and the restoration of the Church.

The Pope, before the feast began instructed his officers to drive out from the assembled faithful a crowd of the clergy both high and low, and then I saw them going out, scolding and grumbling.  Then the Holy Father took into his service others, ecclesiastic and lay.  Now commenced the grand solemnity in St. Peter’s.  The men in white aprons worked on when they thought themselves unobserved, silently, cunningly, though rather timidly.”  [Quote from ‘The Life of Anne Catherine Emmerich” by the Very Reverend Carl. E. Schomoger, C.SS.R., Volume I, pages 564-566]

Again I say, stick with the ONLY Church Jesus Christ created on earth no matter who the pope is or what evil the clergy are doing.  The Church belongs to Christ and He will sustain Her through all attacks- inside and outside the Church.   We are called “the faithful” IF and when we actually REMAIN faithful to Her. 

“To whom shall we go Lord?  You have the words of eternal life.” asked Saint Peter in John 6, and Jesus answered “Have I not chosen you, the Twelve?  Yet one of you is a devil.”

There were devils in the Church when Christ founded Her, and there are devils in the Church now. 

To whom shall we go?  There is nowhere else but Christ’s Holy Catholic Church.  Remain faithful by remaining in Her through all Her tribulations.  Don’t let evil men inside the Church chase you out- that’s the devils hope and plan for you.  He delights when people leave Christ’s Church.  Be faithful!  Remain inside Christ's Church.

Feminist video of little girls highly offensive [graphic warning]

This should be hard to watch for decent people- especially decent Catholic and all Christian parents.

This is a video promotion to sell liberal/LBGT/feminist/gaylove/equality t-shirts using little girls dropping the f-bomb and other vile language.





Who are these vile people?
They are "FCKH8.COM"...

 What does the mainline entertainment media think of this offensive video?  They don't find these little girls yelling obscenities offensive, oh no.  They agree with the video that the words "inequality" is what is offensive.

EOnline states:

 Warning: What you hear in this video may shock you.But we're not talking about the fact that these little girls (ages 6 to 13) are swearing like sailors. We're talking about the phrases they are using regarding gender inequality.
In a video produced by FCKH8.com starring the "Potty-Mouthed Princesses," young girls all dolled up in pastel gowns drop F-bombs to remind everyone that society shouldn't be offended by curse words; we should be offended by the fact that women are still paid 23 percent less than men in the work force and the fact that one in five women is sexually assaulted or raped. 

At least the readers of EOnline showed they have a brain.  See their comments...

Why isn't this child abuse?

Earlier this year, a swearing toddler was taken into Child Protective Services because of a video made and posted on Facebook of the child repeating profanities and the adults around him laughing.

This was enough to send in Child Protective Services to take the toddler and the other children from the home.

 A Nebraska toddler who repeated a slew of profanities in an online video has been taken into child protective custody, Omaha police said Wednesday.
While authorities found nothing criminal in the video, officials from the Omaha police's Child Victim Unit and the Nebraska Child Protective Services took the infant and three other children into custody on Wednesday, the police department said on its Facebook page.

In the "Potty Mouth Princesses" video these children are being used (with their parents full support) to use horrible profanity all in the name of "FEMINISM".  I was asking myself "What were their parents thinking to allow their daughters to do such a horrible thing?"... the answer is they aren't really 'parents'.  This isn't parenting a child.  This is manipulating, corrupting and using a child.  It's child abuse, though I doubt our secular society will see it that way.

Tragic.  These poor little girls.  What monsters they have for 'parents'.

How to use gay money to end being sued by gays

If you oppose photographing a gay ‘marriage’ you are sued.

If you oppose baking a cake for a gay ‘marriage’ you are sued.

If you oppose selling flowers for a gay ‘marriage’ you are sued.

If you oppose renting a 'wedding' site for a gay 'marriage' you are sued.

If you oppose lodging at your Bed-n-Breakfast to gay couples you are sued.

It doesn’t matter that these gays can go to dozens of other businesses to get what they want, they target you and sue you anyway. They do not care about YOUR rights.  They do not care about offending you.  They do not want 'tolerance' they want you to accept their unions regardless of your religious beliefs.  They demand you put THEM before your God. They do not care about anyone but themselves and their agenda.

What’s a person to do while the courts are sorting out whose rights will triumph?

What should and can you do IF a court has already told you that you must cater to these gay ‘marriages’?

USE THEIR OWN MONEY AGAINST THEM.

Post it on your business door or put it in your contracts that ALL services provided to same sex couples will have a portion (or all) of the fees used to fight against gay ‘marriage’ and the gay agenda.  

Pick an organization that fights to end gay marriage to donate the money to and let these gays know they are paying for legal opposition to their agenda.

If these people know THEIR OWN MONEY will be used AGAINST them, they more than likely will take their business somewhere else.

If they still insist you provide a service to them, say “Thank you the (name the organization) appreciates your donation to fight against gay marriage!  Have a nice day now!”

I'm Raising My 3-year Old Daughter to be A Lesbian

Corey Levintan wrote a "tongue-in-cheek" article over at "The Stir" about raising their daughter to become a lesbian.

"In fact, my wife and I are raising our daughter as a lesbian. We're religiously watching Ellen and sprinkling Ani DiFranco songs into our Spotify playlists. We encourage play dates with her female daycare classmates. And, as I revealed in a previous Stir blog, 'I walk around the house naked', which should forever put her off to the male form.
Men are just disgusting. I know, being one occasionally myself. I'm crass, smelly, and selfish and all I ever want is sex (when I'm not hungry or tired). Fifty years ago, women needed men to have children, to eat food, and to live indoors. But all that has changed. So why not take advantage?" -end quote-

Not funny in my opinion, but I think there is more truth to this satire than not. 

Face it, if you raise a child with a belief the child is more open to accepting that belief and then also being open to "trying out" that belief for themselves one day to see if its for them or not. If the child's parents are gay, the child might wonder if they are gay too without ever feeling the 'confusion' truly gay people feel.  They might wonder "How will I know unless I experiment with my sexuality?"  The mere fact of having a gay parent is an open invitation to check it out for themselves.  This flies in the face of people's belief that all gays are BORN gay.

Are people born gay?  Some are, I believe.  Not because God made them that way, but rather because we live in a fallen world where people are born with all sorts of issues- including homosexuality.

But others are INFLUENCED into believing they are gay or they could be gay, so they set off to have some homosexual experiences to help them figure it out. I know one woman (family member) who DECIDED to be gay because "women understand her better than men" and "it's nice to have a woman partner because they share so much more than male/female relationships do". She marches in 'pride parades' and is 'proud' that she DECIDED to be a lesbian. For that lesbian it was a CHOICE. 

[I can see the hate mail coming now- don't bother, it won't get read because my opinion will not change from the official teachings of the Roman Catholic Church]

The Church is very clear on homosexuality- BE CHASTE.  Period.
Gay parental adoption: NO WAY
Why: Because it's damaging to the child/children.
Why is it damaging to the children?  Because it MORALLY corrupts them.

Since the Church teaches homosexual relationships are sinful, how then can the Church support a corrupt, sinful, morally damning couple to raise an innocent child?  The Church can't.

I stand by Catholic teaching and think this 'tongue-in-cheek' article is not funny at all but in reality very sad.

Gay Anti-christ

African American Southern Baptist Minister William Dwight McKissic believe's he's identified that the Anti-christ will be a gay man.

Rev. McKissic explains in part: "Jesus makes it clear here that sordid, sinful, sexual behaviors, similar to the type of sexual behaviors that were occurring during the day of Lot in Sodom would also be occurring when He is revealed (Luke 17:30). Incidentally, “sodomy” is a legal term that is commonly used today in courts of law, as a reference to anal sex. For those who argue that Jesus never addressed homosexuality; that is simply untrue. He used the same words that prosecutors, Judges, and lawyers use today to label homosexual activity, “Sodom” (Luke 17:29).
John the Apostle was given a telescopic view of end time events. God removed the panorama that separates the known from the unknown and showed John a spiritual battle taking place just before the seventh trumpet sound saying, “The Kingdoms of this world have become the Kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!” (Revelation 11:15). Disney's "Frozen" has a Gay Agenda

A Mormon Grandma, Kathryn Skagg's NOT keeping quiet about what she sees as a sneaky move by Disney to push the gay agenda on innocent children and clueless parents who don't see what is going on with Disney's hit movie "Frozen".

She writes on her blog "A Well-Behaved Mormon Woman": "To Christian parents, who don't support the legalization of SSM, or the normalization of same-sex sexual behavior, oppositional to God, I feel strongly that we must become more aware of how liberal media advocate these messages. It is often accomplished through infiltrating mainstream channels with the specific attitudes and ideologies necessary to advance these practices, as progressive, within mainstream society.
If good parents fail to accept that progressivism is strongly behind the entertainment industry, then we risk being, unknowingly, undermined as parents. Coupled with the power of media, and social media, to advance much of what is contrary to Christian values, by brilliantly marketing their message, as popular, inviting our aid as Christians, we also fail society.
If you feel you've been duped by the surface story of the movie Frozen, try not to feel too bad. The way in which Frozen wraps up the false doctrine perpetuated throughout the film, is as skillfully done as I have ever seen it, which makes calling it out and not being labeled crazy difficult. Lying L.I. Radio Hosts are Suspended

Two radio hosts from Long Island... 

"Steve Harper and Leeana Karlson, the hosts of K-98.3′s morning show, posted an invitation from two gay dads to their daughter’s seventh birthday party along with a controversial response from another parent which read in part, “I do not believe in what you do and will not subject my innocent son to your ‘lifestyle.’”The invitation and response, which were both fake, were posted to the station’s Facebook page and listeners were not told it was a complete fabrication, 1010 WINS’ Mona Rivera reported."

The hoax caused social media and media outlets to scream "HOMOPHOBIA" where NONE existed.  There was NO invitation, NO such child, NO such parents, NO such party or invitation.  The radio hosts lied to stir up trouble and enrage gay rights groups to hate anyone who opposes their agenda or (yes) lifestyle (gays raising children).

They are currently suspended from the radio station- they SHOULD be fired in my opinion.  There is enough hatred already in the world without making up lies to stir up more.

NOW Donates GLBT books to Library

Watch out parents, KNOW WHAT YOUR KIDS ARE READING another library accepts more liberal books donated by NOW meant to send their message to children.  The article list several Young Adult books about gay children and transgender children sorting out the ways they act and experiment with sex and their sexuality in their search to figure out what they are etc... (I wonder if they include all the 50+ gender options Facebook offers?)

 "Words have power. That’s the idea behind the donation of books to the Pittsburg Public Library Monday by the Southeast Kansas Chapter, National Organization for Women, in conjunction with the Pittsburg State University Gay Straight Alliance. The books deal with issues faced by gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender young people. Books will also be donated to the Axe Library at PSU and the Pittsburg High School Library. “The Gay Straight Alliance came up with the idea,” said Laura Lee Washburn, NOW member and PSU faculty member."

Megan Stoneberger, SEK-NOW coordinator, said that most of the books deal with young people who are “coming out” as gay or lesbian, or transitioning from their birth gender to the gender they feel is truly their own. “As an English teacher, I believe in the power of literature,” Stoneberger said. “I think books can be a refuge for people, and reading and empathizing with a character can help someone relate to what people are going through in their lives.”

This is not new or specific to the Pittsburg Public Library...I've seen for myself what is on the shelves of children's books in public libraries and it's not what you think.  Hetero- and homosexual sex is often found in today's YA books and it's sadly done in detail that even adults should shun.

For Catholics, this is the sort of thing (if sex is depicted) that you need to tell your children IF they read it, they need to CONFESS IT TO THEIR PRIEST!  

It can lead to porn (women's explicit "romance" books or nude/sexual magazines) addiction in adulthood.  Keep away from ALL VICES so that you and your children do not fall into sin!

2522 Modesty protects the mystery of persons and their love. It encourages patience and moderation in loving relationships; it requires that the conditions for the definitive giving and commitment of man and woman to one another be fulfilled. Modesty is decency. It inspires one's choice of clothing. It keeps silence or reserve where there is evident risk of unhealthy curiosity. It is discreet.

2523 There is a modesty of the feelings as well as of the body. It protests, for example, against the voyeuristic explorations of the human body in certain advertisements, or against the solicitations of certain media that go too far in the exhibition of intimate things. Modesty inspires a way of life which makes it possible to resist the allurements of fashion and the pressures of prevailing ideologies.

 2524 The forms taken by modesty vary from one culture to another. Everywhere, however, modesty exists as an intuition of the spiritual dignity proper to man. It is born with the awakening consciousness of being a subject. Teaching modesty to children and adolescents means awakening in them respect for the human person.

2525 Christian purity requires a purification of the social climate. It requires of the communications media that their presentations show concern for respect and restraint. Purity of heart brings freedom from widespread eroticism and avoids entertainment inclined to voyeurism and illusion. 

2526 So called moral permissiveness rests on an erroneous conception of human freedom; the necessary precondition for the development of true freedom is to let oneself be educated in the moral law. Those in charge of education can reasonably be expected to give young people instruction respectful of the truth, the qualities of the heart, and the moral and spiritual dignity of man. 

2527 "The Good News of Christ continually renews the life and culture of fallen man; it combats and removes the error and evil which flow from the ever-present attraction of sin. It never ceases to purify and elevate the morality of peoples. It takes the spiritual qualities and endowments of every age and nation, and with supernatural riches it causes them to blossom, as it were, from within; it fortifies, completes, and restores them in Christ."³¹⁶

Unrepenting Gay Furious Last Rites was denied

Ronald Plishka, a 63 year old heart patient at MedStar Washington Hospital Center was enraged when the priest who was praying with him wouldn't give him Holy Communion and Last Rites because he refused to repent of his homosexual sins.  

Father Brian Coelho apparently told Plishka that if he would not repent of his sins, then as a priest he could not give the man Holy Communion or Last Rites.  

Plishka was so furious he screamed insults at the priest, called him names and even cursed him!

“Then we started talking about the pope, and I said I was so excited about him, because of what he said about gays. I said, ‘Does that bother you, that I’m gay?’ And he [the priest] said ‘no,’ ” Plishka said.
The conversation was interrupted by someone coming into the room, which he shared with another patient, Plishka recalled. After that, Coelho “would not continue” with the specific prayers and acts of Communion and anointing, Plishka said. “He said, ‘I will pray with you,’ but that’s all he’d do. That was it.
“I just saw red. I cursed at a priest. I called him a hypocrite. As he was leaving — I can’t repeat what I said, but it was bad. . . . I’m thinking I’m going to rot in hell now,” he said.

 He apparently didn't think homosexual sexual relationships would lead him to "rot in hell" but now worries about yelling a priest would.  This man is all kinds of confused and full of pride.  Self pride because he has decided he knows better than God and Christ's Holy Catholic Church what is sin and what needs repenting (or not) to enter Heaven.  THAT is what he should be worried about!

He goes on...

“But after that, I became scared — fear settled in. I don’t have the rites, I didn’t get Communion. I believed in the sacraments; this is something we’re taught we need before we die.
“I’ve tried to be a decent person all my life. I’m not perfect, believe me. And I wouldn’t wish [being gay] on anyone. But you can’t be somebody you’re not. Otherwise you’ll end up 63 and alone,” he said." -end quote-

He's again worried about the wrong thing... "end up 63 and alone" rather than ending up in Hell for unrepentant mortal sins.  He confuses "being someone your not with REFRAINING FROM SEX.  If a person is homosexual, they are to be chaste- period.  No sex outside of marriage and marriage as defined by God and the Church is between a man and a woman. Period.

The hospital (of course) sided with gay rights or religious rites...

"Washington Hospital Center said officials there have “taken our patient’s concerns very seriously. While the priest is not an employee but rather is assigned by the Archdiocese to provide spiritual care at our hospital, it is our expectation that all who support our patients adhere to our values. This includes offering pastoral and spiritual support to all patients, regardless of their faith traditions. Our hospital was recognized last year as a ‘Leader in LGBT Healthcare Equality’ by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation. We want to hold true to this important commitment to the LGBT community and to all of our patients. Our Department of Spiritual Care has reinforced our expectations with this particular priest and his superiors.”

Oh goody.

Plishka did not die and continued his whining demands soon after being released from the hospital.

Plishka said, he called the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception, where he has attended Sunday noon Mass for at least a decade. He didn’t know any priests but asked for one on duty to call him back, Plishka said. The priest agreed with the chaplain, Plishka said.“He said he can’t give you [Communion] if you continue that lifestyle, if you’re an active participant,” he said.

Wonderful!  The Basilica didn't cave in (yet) to the demands of the sinners to be coddled and told their sins aren't sins anymore. And the hospital chaplain wasn't thrown under the bus (like we've all seen happen before).

“When I go [to the basilica] I’m a loner, I sit in the very last pew,” he said. But Mass “is a psychological lift. I come out of there, it serves its purpose. I feel better. I love the church. I love the Mass.”

And of course, its ALL about how the sinner FEELS. *sigh*
