What the media isn't telling you about refugees and Muslims...

These are some news stories from around the globe of what countries can expect to happen in their own countries when radical Muslims are allowed to spread their demonic religion and when migrants refuse to respect the countries opening their doors to them.

These stories are all from this year and they are not pretty. There are numerous stories of Muslim immigrants raping children, elderly women and even a dog in refugee camp.

You're not going to hear these stories on CNN or MSNBC because they don't want you to know what is happening around the world with Muslim immigrants. Islam is destroying nations, one immigrant at a time.

German teen girl needs surgery after being violently raped by a Syrian refugee in a cellar
A brutal rape of a German teen has shocked the city of Chemnitz. A Syrian refugee attacked and raped a 15-year-old German girl in a cellar. The young girl was so badly injured that she needed surgery, tabloid Bild reports.

More than 100 German citizens fall victim to migrant crimes every single day
"According to the BKA study, 39,096 German victims of immigrant crime were registered in 2017, a new high. The number is 23.7 percent higher than in the previous year (31,597).
This means that every single day around 107 German citizens were and will become victims of crimes with at least one
migrant as a suspect, and the trend is rising.
Particularly shocking is that more than one hundred Germans were the victims of an attempted or actual murder by immigrants in 2017.
“On the crimes of murder, manslaughter and hired killings, 112 Germans fell victim to a criminal offence where at least one suspect involved was an immigrant. Thirteen victims were killed, the statistics show.”
The BKA report also warns that many terrorists have been smuggled in amongst the refugees; and that there is a danger that refugees will be radicalised in Europe by terrorist organisations for the “holy war”.

"In a speech for 600 business and political guests in May, Macron called on the local mayors themselves – together with the population – to find suitable solutions, for the problems in France’s 1,500 no-go areas or ‘sensitive areas’ as France calls them.
Many mayors were struck by Macron’s speech. They had expected co
ncrete political guidelines. Macron’s proposals are a long way from the ambitious strategy for the sensitive zones that former minister Jean-Louis Borloo had previously developed and published on behalf of Macron.
Instead, Macron passed the buck: not he, but his predecessors have caused today’s problems. All solutions designed from above have failed, so they must come from below. He called for a “general mobilisation” of the population, organising itself to save the nation."

Quote from St. Juan de Ribera (d.1611), Archbishop of Valencia :
“As we have seen, Muhammed had neither supernatural miracles nor natural motives of reason to persuade those of his sect. As he lacked in everything, he took to bestial and barbaric means, which is the force of arms. Thus he introduced and promulgated his message with robberies, murders, and bloodshedding, destroying those who did not want to receive it, and with the same means his ministers conserve this today, until God placates his anger and destroys this pestilence from the earth.
[…]
(Muhammad) can also be figured for the dragon in the same Apocalypse which says that the dragon swept up a third of the stars and hurled down a third to earth. Although this line is more appropriately understood concerning the Antichrist, Mohammed was his precursor – the prophet of Satan, father of the sons of haughtiness.
[…]
Even if all the things contained in his law were fables in philosophy and errors in theology, even for those who do not possess the light of reason, the very manners (Islam) teaches are from a school of vicious bestialities. (Muhammad) did not prove his new sect with any motive, having neither supernatural miracles nor natural reasons, but solely the force of arms, violence, fictions, lies, and carnal license. It remains an impious, blasphemous, vicious cult, an innovention of the devil, and the direct way into the fires of hell. It does not even merit the name of being called a religion.”
-St. Juan de Ribera (d.1611), Archbishop of Valencia, missionary to Spanish Muslims, and organizer of the Muslim expulsions of 1609 from Spain. Gay Pride at the Vatican

WHAT THE HELL?

Seriously, what the hell is going on?

We all know that the rainbow pride flag symbolizes gay pride social movements- the push for gay marriage and other assorted "rights" like gay adoption. The authentic Catholic Faith has since the beginning taught against this abomination and now, we see this symbol of "gay pride" on the Vatican website? I ask again, what the hell is going on? Who is behind this? Who approved it? We need answers!

The Catholic Church used to clearly teach against these things.

The Bible is quite clear...

The catechism is quite clear...
2357 Homosexuality refers to relations between men or between women who experience an exclusive or predominant sexual attraction toward persons of the same sex. It has taken a great variety of forms through the centuries and in different cultures. Its psychological genesis remains largely unexplained. Basing itself on Sacred Scripture, which presents homosexual acts as acts of grave depravity, 141 tradition has always declared that "homosexual acts are intrinsically disordered." 142 They are contrary to the natural law. They close the sexual act to the gift of life. They do not proceed from a genuine affective and sexual complementarity. Under no circumstances can they be approved.

2358 The number of men and women who have deep-seated homosexual tendencies is not negligible. This inclination, which is objectively disordered, constitutes for most of them a trial. They must be accepted with respect, compassion, and sensitivity. Every sign of unjust discrimination in their regard should be avoided. These persons are called to fulfill God's will in their lives and, if they are Christians, to unite to the sacrifice of the Lord's Cross the difficulties they may encounter from their condition.

2359 Homosexual persons are called to chastity. By the virtues of self-mastery that teach them inner freedom, at times by the support of disinterested friendship, by prayer and sacramental grace, they can and should gradually and resolutely approach Christian perfection.

2396 Among the sins gravely contrary to chastity are masturbation, fornication, pornography, and homosexual practices.

Our Saints are quite clear...

And Popes before our current Pope Francis have been very clear on the Catholic Church's teaching about homosexuality and "families". [more on that below with Saint John Paul II quote]

Yet here we have Pope Francis, who seems to be playing games with the laity-again.

Only this week he rightly stated the authentic Catholic faith when he said, “It is painful to say this today: People speak of varied families, of various kinds of family,” but “the family [as] man and woman in the image of God is the only one.”

Yet at the same time, we've got the pride flag on the Vatican website and while the Vatican is preparing for The World Meeting of Families in Ireland this summer they have invited Fr. James Martin (pro-homosexual unions) to be a speaker for "LBGTQI families"-(whom Pope Francis has promoted and shoved on the laity before). Why the conflicting messages from the Vatican and Pope Francis?
World Meeting of Families Speaker: Fr James Martin S.J.  Editor-at-large, Jesuit Magazine America
Workshop Speaker - Showing welcome and respect in our Parishes for LGBTQI+ People and their Families

Why the confusion? Why the constant chaos and conflict between words and actions from this pope and this Vatican?  What message is the Vatican website sending by displaying a supposed Catholic youth draped in a gay pride flag? What are you telling the faithful?

Even Ireland's Archbishop is showing his spinelessness to hold to the authentic Faith which I have already written about: HERE.

What part of... "The Church teaches that respect for homosexual persons cannot lead in any way to approval of homosexual behaviour or to legal recognition of homosexual unions. The common good requires that laws recognize, promote and protect marriage as the basis of the family, the primary unit of society. Legal recognition of homosexual unions or placing them on the same level as marriage would mean not only the approval of deviant behaviour, with the consequence of making it a model in present-day society, but would also obscure basic values which belong to the common inheritance of humanity. The Church cannot fail to defend these values, for the good of men and women and for the good of society itself." [source: Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith: Considerations regarding proposals to give legal recognition to unions between homosexual persons. 2003]
 ...is unclear?

Christ's Holy Catholic Church should NOT be sending mixed signals. What the world needs are shepherds who are willing to share the authentic faith clearly. Shepherds who lead people out of sin and toward eternal life with Christ in Heaven.

Right now, we've got far too many shepherds leading their flocks in circles and across bridges toward hell. They appear to care not at all about saving souls, but rather to be popular and loved by the hordes of people drowning in mortal sin.

Where are all our good shepherds?

We need you to speak loudly and clearly so we can hear your faithful voices above the hissing and shouts of the delighted demons in clerics collars. Don't abandon the sheep! We are being led to eternal slaughter.

**UPDATE: Here are the good shepherds! Praise God for these men!
In Christ and weeping,

Of course gay couples are welcome at the World Meeting of Families

At a press conference in Ireland, Archbishop Eamon Martin was questioned by TheJournal.ie about homosexuals and homosexual couples attending the World Meeting of Families coming up in August.

The Journal.ie asks: "Are gay members of the Church welcome, are they and their partners welcome to join and volunteer together?"

Here comes the "don't ask, don't tell response" from the Archbishop who apparently thinks the sin of scandal isn't anything to worry about.

Archbishop Eamon Martin replies: "I have absolutely no idea that anyone would be asked their sexual orientation becoming a volunteer...but I imagine that all of these here attending the World Meeting of Families as visitors, as participants...um, the difference here is that we don't necessarily reveal our particular sexuality you know when we're coming along to any event. I imagine it's the same for the World Meeting of Families."

The Journal.ie asks again: "Are they welcome?"

Archbishop Eamon Martin: "Of course! At the World Meeting of Families this is a gathering of people to whom everyone is welcome. I know the families who are going there will be the last to say they are perfect in any way. I mean, even in terms of living up to the teaching of the Church. We all struggle in that. The Bishop has struggle in that, I'm welcome I hope at the World Meeting of Families- but so is everyone where they are at in their particular journey of faith."

Oh here we go...acting like homosexual COUPLES are struggling "in terms of living up to the teaching of the Church"- they REJECT the teaching of the Church and are pushing to change the Church's teaching on marriage. We all know that. Their "particular journey of faith" is to change the faith of the Catholic Church so they can stay in their mortal sin. These homosexual couples (not homosexual chaste individuals who accept the Church's teachings) don't want to be confronted with the Church's teaching- they don't want to hear they must be chaste and that any gay union is mortal sin. And with Father James Martin being invited by the Vatican, they won't hear anything to disturb them in their sin. More on that later.

Archbishop Eamon Martin continues: "And I would hope...I mean, it's also a Catholic event. The World Meeting of Families is a Catholic event so I don't think we make any apologies for the fact that the whole Church has a very clear teaching on marriage and on the family. And Amoris Laetitia will guide the reflections at the World Meeting of Families. So I imagine, that people going there will know what they are going to and hopefully respect what they are going to, but still bring their experience, bring their struggles, bring their questions, their challenges and of course in happiness and joy a fulfillment of their family life to the discussion."

This brings up the question, why oh why did the Vatican invite Father James Martin- a priest who is pro-homosexual unions, to speak at a World Meeting of Families?

Day three of World Meeting of Families:
Presentation 3:  Theme: Showing welcome and respect in our Parishes for LGBTQI+ People and their Families.Presenter: Fr James Martin S.J., Editor-at-large, Jesuit Magazine America

Fr. James Martin's idea of "welcome and respect in our Parishes for LGBTQ people and their families" is pure scandal. He believes openly gay couples should be allowed to hold all sorts of positions in parishes (I address this issue in my review of his book "Building a Bridge"). This is wrong. People in OPEN sin are not to be in positions in parishes to cause scandal or confusion to others.

Would the Catholic Church allow a porn star to be an Extraordinary Eucharistic Minister? One would hope not because clearly such a person is living in public sin - (fornication). The same must be said of homosexual couples. A same sex couple living in a union or "marriage" is just as much a scandal as a porn star holding a position in the Church because both are guilty of openly living in mortal sexual sin. It would look as though the Church were putting its stamp of approval on such a person's behavior- as if sexual immoral behavior were no longer a sin. This would be a scandal and cause confusion among the faithful.

Catholic clergy needs to do more to protect the faithful against scandal and confusion caused by other clergy who refuse to speak clearly about sexual mortal sins- all mortal sins for that matter. The message in word and actions, must be clear that public sinners, be they porn stars or people living in homosexual unions, divorced and remarried outside the Church or anything else, must NOT hold positions in parishes for the good of the faithful.

How can the Catholic Church, whose authentic teaching is, "respect for homosexual persons cannot lead in anyway to the approval of homosexual behaviour or to legal recognition of homosexual unions" invite a priest to speak at the World Meeting of Families who has stated on video "...he [gay friend Mark] came out and has been with his partner for 20 years. His partner has a fairly serious illness that is, at times, extremely serious and requires a lot of attention. Mark has cared for him for, I think, 15–20 years now. And one of the questions I would like the institutional Church to reflect on is: "Is this not love?"..."I do not understand how a person could say the following things: This is not love, this is a lesser love, they should be apart, they should have never met, they should never be together."

Reverence for fornicators? This is the priest the Vatican has chosen to speak at the World Meeting of Families in Ireland. This isn't the message any Catholic faithful should be hearing from Catholic clergy- yet this is what they will be fed. Heresy.

It's a scandal. And its disgusting.

Pope Francis should be ashamed of himself. He keeps promoting and elevating Fr. James Martin in the public eye- causing more confusion and scandal among the faithful.

Someone commits suicide, so you trash talk them

...how very unChristian of you.

I'm not talking about the issue of euthanasia here and anyone's "right" to "legally" kill themselves.

I'm talking about common decency for the dead person's grieving families who had no idea this was going to happen. And that mental illness hits people of all types.

Catholic hot-shot Bill Donohue from Catholic League writes:
"If Anthony Bourdain had been a religious man, would he have killed himself? Probably not. The celebrity chef was found dead today in his hotel room in Strasbourg, France."

Atheists put their hope in science and medicine and when that fails they feel hopeless. For people who don't know God...it is all too easy to fall into despair when you are suffering depression or other mental illnesses with no hope, no knowledge of God.

Yet mental illness kills religious and non-religious alike.

Researcher Ning Hsieh, funded by the National Institute of Health, released a report based on data from 42 countries in seven regions, and found the following...
Quote: "...although religion is linked to lower suicide rates in Latin America, eastern Europe, northern Europe, and English-speaking countries, it is associated with higher suicide rates in East Asia, western Europe and southern Europe.
According to the study, evidence that religion protects against suicide is strongest in Latin America, where a one percent increase in religious participation is associated with 3 percent decrease in suicide rates."
Whatever you think of the person who committed suicide...how about some compassion for their families and friends trying to cope with the sudden loss of their loved one?

Where has compassion and come decency to not speak ill of the dead (especially when the body is still warm) gone?

Donohue wasn't the only one showing a cold heart to the deceased family, David Leavitt (a generally nasty person on any given day) stormed Twitter with his unkind thoughts upon the death of Bourdain (clearly these two never liked each other, but one is dead and the other can't refrain from attacking a dead man).

What the hell is wrong with people? A person, doesn't matter who they are, commits suicide and people trash talk them with ZERO thought for their grieving families left behind.

The sudden death of a loved one is gutting to families. You can't wrap your head around it and the very last thing you need are people like Donohue and Leavitt sitting in judgment of your deceased loved one. You're probably already worrying about their souls. What you need are prayers and support to get through this tragic time. Suicide is a tragedy.

These dim-witted men sit in judgment of the deceased as if they know what mental illness Bourdain may or may not have been suffering to do such a horrible thing.

And since Leavitt mentioned "purgatory" in his tweet, I should share the Catholic Church's thoughts on suicide.
Catholic Catechism #2282 If suicide is committed with the intention of setting an example, especially to the young, it also takes on the gravity of scandal. Voluntary co-operation in suicide is contrary to the moral law.Grave psychological disturbances, anguish, or grave fear of hardship, suffering, or torture can diminish the responsibility of the one committing suicide.
Catholic Catechism #2283 We should not despair of the eternal salvation of persons who have taken their own lives. By ways known to him alone, God can provide the opportunity for salutary repentance. The Church prays for persons who have taken their own lives.
Can't we just PRAY for the dead and their suffering families?

Would that really be too much to ask for in today's society?

In Christ,

Julie @ Connecticut Catholic Corner

***To be clear, I've never watched a show with Anthony Bourdain in it, but I have seen commercials for his shows over the years. I don't really know anything about this man, my point in writing this was mostly about compassion for his family and friends who are grieving now.

What faith is Father James Martin talking about?

So I see Fr. James Martin retweet this...

and of course I have issues with him saying..."The question of whether or not LGBT people can be people of faith is a funny one, because they are people of faith. So it's like saying: can the grass be green?"

What faith?

What faith do they believe?

Do they believe that homosexual relationships are mortal sin that leads to death and that all homosexuals are called to chastity? If yes, they might very well be of the Catholic faith.

If they, like the 'Equally Blessed' website article Fr. James Martin retweeted, believe in marriage equality for homosexual couples, then the "faith" they have is not Catholic.

We've seen this sort of thing from Fr. Martin too many times in the past...

The "Equally Blessed" folks are yet another dissident group who falsely uses the word "Catholic" to fool people (the Church should NOT allow these people to use the term "Catholic" because it lures people into falsehoods about the authentic Catholic Faith).

They are linked with other dissident groups which the Vatican and our Bishops have spoken against over the years like "New Ways Ministry".

New Ways Ministry is a darling of Fr. James Martin's. He's got a very long history working with them, giving his support of them and they their support of him (see my post on his book for more on this). It's a relationship made in Hell.

The authentic teachings of the Catholic Church have been very clear on this...

What is always muddy is Fr. James Martin's comments about Church teaching because he always leaves those truths out. He speaks of "love" and "building bridges", but he never speaks about correcting the sinner to save their souls from damnation. Nor does he seem to accept the Church's warnings to clergy about supporting dissident groups.

Fr. Martin ignores all attempts made by numerous people, including myself, to answer questions on this subject. Instead he continues to mislead people.

Some comments from this video show just how wrong these people are about homosexuality and the teachings of the Church.

To see them all go here: https://www.facebook.com/NowThisPolitics/videos/2078465525518260/

Another thing Fr. Martin says in the video is "Jesus' message is always one of inclusion and welcome". I think Fr. Martin has been reading a different bible than me.

The Jesus in my Bible is loving and tells sinners to "sin no more".

He doesn't tell them to stay in their sins, that 'love' ignores sin. Rather he corrects them out of love and warns them to avoid sin because their eternity depends on it!

Fr. James Martin never does this. He is not following Christ's example as a good priest should. Rather Martin leaves people in their sin as he walks back and forth on a bridge that leads anywhere but to Heaven for these people.

My question for Fr. Martin is, what faith are you talking about?

Whatever faith it is, it isn't Catholic.

A reminder for Fr. James Martin from the Vatican...

In Christ,

Julie @ Connecticut Catholic Corner

EWTN Press Release: Annual National Catholic Prayer Breakfast

Exclusive: EWTN To Air 14th Annual National Catholic Prayer Breakfast

Live Event to Feature Kansas Archbishop Joseph Naumann

Irondale, AL (EWTN) – Thousands of Catholic leaders will descend upon Washington, D.C. Thursday, May 24 to attend the 14th Annual National Catholic Prayer Breakfast, and – as always – EWTN Global Catholic Network will be the only Network in the room, providing wall to wall coverage and expert commentary. (Find EWTN at www.ewtn.com/channelfinder.)

“EWTN News Nightly” Anchor Lauren Ashburn will host the two-hour event live from the Marriott Marquis in Washington, D.C. beginning at 7 a.m. ET. According to organizers, the events will include a keynote address by Kansas Archbishop Joseph F. Naumann, as well as remarks from a “special guest.”

“EWTN has been proud to collaborate with the National Catholic Prayer Breakfast for many years in bringing the event to an audience well beyond Washington, D.C.,” said EWTN Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Michael P. Warsaw. “This is an important occasion each year for Catholics to come together to invoke God’s blessing upon our country, our citizens, and our political leaders. The prayer breakfast and the events surrounding it are a reminder to the world that we need God to navigate safely through these increasingly contentious and perilous times.”

The keynote speech by Archbishop Naumann, chair of the Kansas Catholic Conference and chair-elect of the U.S. Bishops’ Pro-Life Committee, is sure to be a newsmaker.
