Planned Parenthood's magical land of abortions

The disgusting tweet links to an article on Fushion.net by Rosie J. Spinks entitled "Life in a magical land where abortions and birth control are free and plentiful".  

Once an American citizen, Spinks now lives across the pond and is living in bliss with her free abortions and birth control.  Yet Spinks can't seem to stop whining about how big and bad conservative lawmaker's in America are for their "fixation of legislating [her] vagina":

The "land of good and plenty" for Spinks, Planned Parenthood and others with no moral fiber is a place of dead babies, orgasms without pregnancy and stupid tax payers paying for their evil debauchery and butchery. 

Sounds like Hell to me. 

But to ignorant, immoral people this sounds wonderful. 

These are the "gimme, gimme, gimme" crowd who want everything for "free" never realizing nothing is for free.  They may not pay in cash now (besides taxes) but what they do not realize is that they are paying with their eternal souls.  

Telling them this makes no difference to them, they are completely uneducated in the area of morals and sin.  If you ask them to define morals you would probably get a blank stare.  Doing the right thing instead of the easy thing is completely foreign to these people.  If a pregnancy is inconvenient they simply pay someone to kill and remove the inconvenient pre-born human- or in this case, go to a butcher for free and allow them to rip the living child to shreds and remove him/her from their womb, so they can go on with their life.  

Free?  

Magical?

This is a place of horror, created by a people with no moral fiber and souls so lost and corrupt they are blinded by their own evil.

They want earthly pleasures and they don't want to have to ever pay the price for their sexual pleasures- they don't mind the living children in the womb paying the price though.  

Too bad these immoral people are too stupid to know they will pay the ultimate price for it. 

Justice will be served.

Laudato Si and the oblivious Catholics who love it

The world is spinning over Laudato Si.  Some are cheering and practically dancing in the streets over it.

From what I see on Twitter and in the blogosphere most Catholics and environmentalists are oozing with sheer joy over this encyclical.  They seem oblivious to what it is proposing to the entire world.

From the Anchoress's post entitled "Laudato Si: All of our sin, All of our hatred on trial": 

Some are not so thrilled and are asking “How binding is this on Catholics?”

In other words, “can we disregard it entirely?”

Over at the Remnant, columnist Chris Jackson has decided to “disregard”it and he’s written a fabulous and humorous (in my opinion) piece about why he is dismissing this encyclical and why he thinks others should as well.

Personally, I don’t think it matters who decides to “disregard” this encyclical because the damage is done. 

Disregarding it won’t change anything. 

The people who accept it are the ones who are going to change things.  And now that the Pope has sent this out into the world, there is no taking it back. 

As I said in my previous post HERE what troubles me the most is the pope pushing for a global One World Authority to police the entire world over the issue climate change.  I haven't seen anyone on Twitter or in the blogs (besides myself) mention this part of the encyclical (if others have PLEASE share a link, I'd love to read your thoughts).  

All the Catholics out there who think Laudato Si is wonderful and it makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside, think for a moment what YOUR life would be like if the world embraced Pope Francis’ idea of a One World Authority.

What if this authority were to resemble a nation…oh, let’s say like China.  And this One World Authority has decided that women can only have one child- all other pregnancies will be forcefully terminated because this One World Authority has strict population control laws that it enforces on the entire globe.  No more big Catholic families!  Still loving Laudato Si?

How would you like such an authority killing your children?

Or perhaps this authority would resemble nations like Belgium and the Netherlands where euthanasia is legal and used to dispose of humans other people don't want?  If such a One World Authority decided people with illnesses and handicaps were depleting the world of a resource they could effectively kill human beings to save the “fragile planet” (Laudato Si #16) Pope Francis is so concerned with.

How would you like such an authority killing your loved ones or yourself because this authority decided the environment was more important than your life or the life of one of your loved ones?

Or how would it be if the United Nations became the One World Authority on the environment and they decided to enforce birth control on nations that had a higher population of poor people. 

Think the United Nations wouldn't love to have the power to police the entire world and dictate their plan of population control?  Right now all they can do is make proposals and attempt to sway nations- if given the power to police, there would be no stopping them. 

How would you and your family like to be forced against your religious beliefs to use birth control?  Forced sterilization procedures?  Still feeling warm and fuzzy about the Pope’s suggestions to the world?

Ok, how would it be if the One World Authority were one single individual like…Margaret Sanger who decided black people and people in poverty were not worthy to take up space on our earth? 

If you or one of your loved ones fell into one of those categories how would you deal with it?  Still warm and fuzzy over this encyclical? 

Does ANYONE honestly think a moral, trustworthy person or institution will police the world? 

Population control supporters have been working at gaining such a power for decades and Pope Francis has just handed it to them on a silver platter called Laudato Si with oblivious Catholic’s smiling and bobbing their air filled heads at it with no thought at all to what such power in the wrong hands would do to people. 

Think people!  Open your eyes to what is going on in the world!  

I know everyone is sick to death of the term “slippery slope” but remember how that works when you have corrupt radicals as a majority deciding laws (abortion, gay marriage, euthanasia, embryonic stem cell research, cloning etc).  You can’t possibly believe a One World Authority policing the entire globe is a good thing. 

I can’t believe anyone is that dumb.

Mother's Day and aborted babies

As Mother’s Day approaches I am filled with mostly wonderful thoughts.  Remembering my own excitement the first time I was counted among the many women who could celebrate Mother’s Day for the first time.  I also remember all the Mother’s Days of my childhood, making cards for my own mother and grandmothers and great grandmother.  Picking flowers in the yard and field behind my house, wrapping them in Barbie ribbons (Mom wasn’t much of a crafter, so I had to make due), holding them behind my back waiting until she poured over each word my broken Crayola’s had written, including the X’s and O’s under my neatly printed name.  When she looked up smiling from my handmade card I would say “Happy Mother’s Day!” as if she hadn’t known what day it was.  My little brother beside me repeated all I did and looked to me to see if he got it right.

 

When I was older and married with my first and then second child, Mother’s Day became even more profound.  Now it was me reading the handmade cards my children created for me, and placing their flowers in a prominent place in the house where I could show everyone who came over what my beautiful children had done for me on Mother’s Day.  Precious memories.

Memories some people will never ever have.  Instead Mother’s Day for some of them is filled with a haunting void- a place that a child should have filled, but instead guilt and emptiness is all there is.  Still others are so cold and empty it filters through their brains but nothing touches their hearts.  I’m not talking about the pain and tragic suffering of a Mother who lost her child to death.  I am talking about a mother who paid someone cold cash to murder her child growing in her womb.

One such woman I am thinking of this week is Jenny Kutner, a writer at Salon who last August wrote about her planned abortion.  Her callous and cold selfish online story has haunted me since I read it last August...

I wrote about her back then, about what she had done and how there was no motherly instinct in her at all to love and protect the child growing in her womb.  Instead she was filled with disdain and disgust at the tiny child.  Her story still haunts me as does the child she heartlessly killed.  I can't help but wonder if she feels differently today.  

Has what she's done had any effect on her at all?  Regret?  Remorse?  Guilt? Depression?  Sadly, I think not going by her subsequent writings on birth control and sex.

Still, I wonder how she feels today as Mother’s Day approaches.  This first Mother's Day since her abortion...a day she might have celebrated with a child in her arms.  How will she feel every Mother’s Day for the rest of her life knowing she paid someone to murder her child because the timing was wrong?  How do the people who supported her “choice” to abort her child feel?  Her mother, who would be a grandmother today?  Her father, who would be a grandfather?   Are they thinking of the grandchild they helped murder?  Do they wonder what color eyes or hair their grandchild would have?  Do they miss holding and loving this child they helped abort?  Do they recall their dead grandchild at all?

How about her 'supportive' aunts?  Uncles?  Friends?  All those people who told her they supported her “choice” to pay another human being to kill the life growing within her.  The life of HER child…a child that would one day create Mother’s Day cards for her, pick flowers for her and call her ‘mommy’.  That child is dead this Mother’s Day.  They helped killed him/her.  Collectively, with Kutner's choice of abortionist, these people murdered this child.  Kutner and all her supporters will never know that innocent child because together this murderous group helped another human being snuff out this child’s life.  Does anyone of her "supporters" think of this child?

I hope they are thinking of Kutner’s baby this and every Mother’s Day for the rest of their lives. 

I hope they feel guilt and remorse.  I hope they pray to God for forgiveness for what they’ve done- the murder they've committed.  That child’s blood is on all their hands.

I wonder if they ever think of that?  Do they care?

For the sake of the souls of every single person who has had an abortion, performs an abortion and who supports abortion, I pray you will repent for what you have done/are doing.  It's murder.

This Mother's Day, I am asking my readers to PRAY for the mothers and fathers who have murdered their children, and for those who helped and offered their support in the butchering of a human being.  And pray for the end of abortion.  

Mother's Day is a time to celebrate our children and the mothers and grandmother's who give them life, but we can't forget those the world has lost because they were aborted.  We can't forget them...ever.

EWTN Chairman & CEO Michael Warsaw Reacts To Hobby Lobby Decision

The Catholic Survey Results are in...

Last October, the National Catholic Reporter erroneously reported that the Vatican was sending out a survey asking "grass-roots" Catholics for their opinions on Church teachings.  The world erupted upon hearing that report because they thought the Pope would change Church doctrine on things like gay marriage, women priests, divorce and remarriage etc.  The National Catholic Reporter was wrong and misled Catholics around the world.

Fr. Lombardi of the Vatican Press Office quickly stepped up and clarified that the questionnaire was directed NOT at the Catholic laity for their opinions, but rather to Bishops.  And that these questions were NOT about ANY doctrines of the faith.

Fr. Lombardi (CNA quote): “the questions “are not regarding the doctrinal position of the Church,” explaining that the document has solely an advisory character, forming part of the habitual “praxis” of the synod of bishops.  The questions were given to the bishops of all the world's dioceses on how to address pastoral questions and how to give assistance to persons in irregular family situations, among other things.”

But the damage was done.  The National Catholic Reporter's false statements spread and now confused Catholics are even more confused because they think their opinions can change Catholic doctrine.

Soon following the NCR’s damage, the Association of Catholics Priests (Ireland) decided the Vatican survey was too difficult and they made up their own survey, put it online and asked Catholic priests, religious and laity to share their personal opinions.

The results of THAT survey are in and it’s not pretty.

According to the Association of Catholic Priests Family Life Synod survey…(remember this is NOT from the Vatican and has no effect on anything at the Vatican)

Question: What influence of “natural law” as defined by the Magisterium have in areas of society?

Answers: In politics, 44.67% said NO INFLUENCE in politics at all.
In your parish, 22.87% said NO INFLUENCE in their own parish at all.
In society at large, 35.07% said NO INFLUENCE at all in society at large.

It gets worse…

Question: Is cohabitation (couples living together before getting married) a pastoral reality in your particular church?

Answer: 98% said people living together outside of marriage was a ‘reality’ in their particular parish church. **13% of these cohabiting households have at least one child under the age of 15 living in this situation.

One wonders if any Catholics in Ireland are married at all anymore!

Now the topic of “marriage equality” is asked… I find this strange right off the bat because according to the Catholic Faith there is only ONE type of marriage that can ever be accepted (1 man/1 woman).  To use the term “marriage equality” seems misleading coming from Catholic priests.  Especially since THIS question is NOT asked in the official Vatican questionnaire.  It’s useless but sadly telling just the same.

Question: How important is ‘marriage equality’ to you?

47% of Catholics said ‘marriage equality’ was EXTREMELY or VERY IMPORTANT to them.
23% of Catholics said ‘marriage equality’ was ‘somewhat important’ to them.
18% of Catholics said it was “not at all important” to them, and 11% said they either ‘did not know’ or ‘did not wish to answer’

Question: Is the moral teaching of Humanae Vitae accepted?

69% - NOT accepted
31% - accepted IN PART
LESS than 5% - accepted it completely

Question: How important is the availability of contraception to you and your community?

76% of Catholics said it was EXTREMELY to SOMEWHAT IMPORTANT to them and their community to have contraception available to them.

On the subject of USING birth control and going to Confession and receiving the Eucharist people clearly showed they either do not know or understand their faith, OR they simply do not care and do what they want anyway.

67.21% of Catholics said “I follow my conscience about family planning. I do not believe it to be morally wrong for the Sacrament of Reconciliation. I participate fully in the Eucharist.”

9.02% of Catholics said “I fully support the Church’s teaching on family planning and only use methods approved by the Church.”

The queer world we live in and the "right" to go to Hell

This post is not going to be liked by any liberal person and I make no apologies for what I am going to say.

In the last few days, I have gotten emails with links to angry gay porn stars flipping the bird at Russia over the Olympics and gay rights being banned there, and another for gay groups cheering the Boy Scouts newest leader [see below] and more ignorant people celebrating over Hawaii welcoming gay 'marriage':

That's not the justice Galuteria should be worried about [more on that below].

Gay rights groups are beside themselves over the selection of former U.S. Secretary of Defense Robert Gates being named the new head of the Boy Scouts of America because Gates was instrumental in getting rid of the "Don't ask, don't tell" policy in our military.

"Earlier this year, the Scouts announced a policy whereby gay boys could be members, but gay adults could not be troop leaders."We are glad to hear that the Boy Scouts of America intends to elect former Secretary of Defense Robert Gates as president of the BSA's executive board," Zach Wahls, a straight Eagle Scout and the son of a lesbian couple, said in email correspondence."Mr. Gates has led a distinguished career of service to our nation - including the repeal of 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell' - and we hope he will continue that legacy by leading the Boy Scouts into a future that protects all its youth and parents, regardless of their sexual orientation," said Wahls, who is executive director of Scouts for Equality."

"The Boy Scouts is "an iconic institution that signifies something," he went on to explain over the telephone. "So our beginning to undo this discrimination signifies something about the larger movement both within society and with scouting, as younger parents and Scouts themselves that didn't want this policy to remain."There is also something to be said about how our success in undoing military discrimination is now being used to undo scouting discrimination, which at an earlier stage was modeled on military discrimination," added Wolfson. "There is something satisfactory about the way in which our victory is building on itself."

So now generations of Boy Scouts to come will be shaped and molded into people who don't see the sin of homosexual relationships because yet another institute has fallen for the "be gay friendly" propaganda.  The "undoing" of our nations moral fabric is in tatters because of liberals and their sin-filled agenda.

One thing Christians in the United States (and around the world) have had in common in our past was the general MORAL FABRIC that knit this country together of what is morally right and morally wrong.  Whether you were a Southern Baptist or a Methodist or a Catholic you agreed on the basic moral fabric running through this nation.

Abortion was always accepted as the murder of a child.  It was morally wrong.

Gay sexual relationships were always believed to be an abomination to Christians because the Bible says they are an abomination to God.  It too was morally wrong. [One source says the first gay group in the United States was founded in 1924 and quickly ended because morality won the fight back then.]

Transgendered cross dressing people were [are] mentally ill.  Another forbidden sin according to the Bible [more below].

Pornography was shameful and corrupt. It was morally wrong to view or participate in.

Birth control was so “loose” women and men could fornicate without the worry of pregnancy.  It was morally wrong.

Christian people generally agreed on these things.  Ask a group of self proclaiming Christians today if they think abortion or gay 'marriage' is morally right or morally wrong and you'll get mixed responses.  

Unfortunately there is less and less common ground among today's "Christians" then years ago.

It all began to change decades ago, when the Church of England [NOT the Catholic Church!  You have no idea how many people tell me they are the same Church], in 1930, officially changed views on birth control and what was once a forbidden sin against God, was suddenly declared perfectly okay with them [as if God has suddenly changed His mind on the matter].  Soon this change filtered into other Protestant denominations until today, the only Church still preaching God’s Truth on birth control is the His Holy Catholic Church.

Once the devil worked his way with birth control being legal and accepted among many self professing “Christians”, he [the devil] set to work to make other forbidden things "unforbidden".  Once illegal pornography was legal and abortion become legal.  Cross dressers were no longer mentally ill, suddenly it was perfectly normal for a man to walk around in women’s clothes and carry a purse.  To think this an illness makes the other person ‘hate-filled’ and a bigot.  

What a queer world we live in.

Republican Senator Ted Cruz has had to defend his Christian minister father recently because his father spoke out against the gay rights agenda and the destruction it has caused in our nation.  The United States of America has become a HOSTILE place for Christians with morals.

“I support marriage between one man and one woman, but I also think it’s a question for the states. Some states have made decisions one way on gay marriage; some states have made decisions the other way,” Cruz said. “And that’s the great thing about our Constitution, is different states can make decisions depending on the values of their citizens.”Leno also asked about Cruz’s father, Pastor Rafael Cruz, who was recently in the news for making anti-gay comments.Cruz called his father “a man of deep integrity,” adding, “Some folks have decided to try to go after him because they want to take some shots at me. But I think the critics are better off attacking me.”

But if you have little to no morals... you're embraced and celebrated.  Again, it's a queer world we are living in.

Democratic Senator Dick Durbin (like many other democrats) was gushing with happiness that sexual abomination had passed in yet another state recently:

“Almost half of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people in the United States live in a state where they are not protected from discrimination. Discrimination of any kind is just plain wrong and with a vote this afternoon, the Senate will act to fix one of the most pressing civil rights issues of our time – discrimination based on sexual orientation,” Durbin said. “We now have an opportunity to outlaw one of the last vestiges of discrimination in the workplace. Passing ENDA is our chance to get on the right side of history and give all Americans an opportunity to excel in the workplace based on their job performance – not who they are or who they love.”Durbin also commended the Illinois General Assembly for passing legislation legalizing gay marriage earlier this week.“This week in my home state of Illinois, the General Assembly voted to legalize gay marriage. When Governor Quinn signs the measure into law, Illinois will be the 15th state in the nation to allow marriage equality. This was an historic victory and one that shows how quickly our country is moving towards justice and fairness for all.”

Durbin is so worried about getting "on the right side of history" that he doesn't give a rats ass about being on the WRONG SIDE OF GOD!

People want the legal “right” to sin in public [no, I'm not talking about sex in the streets but rather; gay marriages, adoptions, abortion etc] and force everyone else around them to accept it. Years ago unmarried people could not legally rent apartments and parents actually taught their children that living with someone outside of marriage was a mortal sin.  How many parents still teach that to their children?

Society in the United States for decades has become more and more warped by the Devil himself into thinking it is unkind to tell a cross dresser they are mentally sick or that it is unloving to force a woman to give birth to a child she doesn’t want.  And you’re a bigot if you speak out against any of the gay agenda.  What was once basic moral fabric in our nation that all Christians agreed with has now become a soiled and tattered rag blanketed over us so much so that we are being smothered by it.

When we hear “choice” and “rights” do we even know what those choices and rights actually are or lead to?  It’s not freedom.  It’s not happiness.

In the end, its the “Right to Go to Hell”. Period.

Pick any bible version you want, they all say the same thing.  The people who commit these sins will NOT be allowed in Heaven (unless they repent and STOP before they die).

No matter how you look at it or what bible version you prefer the message is the same, YOU ARE GOING TO HELL if you are one of these unrepentant sinners.  

And Romans 1:32 goes even further by saying if you SUPPORT any of these sins, you are guilty of them the same as if you’ve committed them yourself.  So if you never had a abortion, but you support the “right” to an abortion you are guilty of that sin.  If you are not a homosexual, but support gay ‘marriage’ you are guilty of that sin and WILL BE JUDGED for it.

So to all the politicians out there (that includes but is not limited to Dick Durbin, Nancy Pelosi, Joe Biden and our president) and parents who support gay marriage... that sin is on you too.  If you support a sin, you are going to be judged by that sin.

If you don't direct people away from sin which leads to death, you are failing in your duty as a Christian.  Christians are not supposed to keep silent, we are supposed to tell others about Jesus and teach what is sin and the need to repent.  That's our duty.

Look at this way, a blind man is walking along a street and right in front of him is a huge pit that will surely cause his death.  You can either help direct him away from certain death, or you can do nothing and allow him to die or you can shove him into the pit to his death.

Christian parents, be you Catholic or Methodist or anything else you BETTER be teaching your children what sin is- not just committing sin, but also supporting sin.  You and your children's salvation depends on it.  

Don't let this evil queer world cost you or your children their salvation.  Teach the faith and stand firm in it.

Why won't God stop abortions? Unanswered prayers...

"I prayed for God to stop abortion and He didn't answer me!"

I’ve been spending a great deal of time on Twitter lately and following assorted hash tags asking for prayers to end abortion (among other things).  I to joined in with others praying for God to please stop this horrible butchering of babies. 

On the phone with a friend, we were discussing the question “Why doesn’t God answer our prayers to end abortion?”  We go into why doesn’t God stop murder, rape, war etc… but that gets into God not micro-managing people - we do have free will. 

The question in my mind is where does human free will slap up against the power of prayer?  Which is stronger?  Why?  How do we get God to hear our prayers and answer them?

I certainly can’t speak FOR God, but I can look at what God has to say about prayers being answered and those that go unanswered from the Sacred Scriptures.  So I began searching and reading my bible to see just what it had to say about unanswered prayers.

There are some things we need to remember when we question why our prayers are not being answered…

1) God answers our prayers when our prayers are part of His Divine Will.  You might have a great prayer request, but if God has another plan... He's going with His Divine Will because that is always what is best for us.

1 John 5^{14 "}And this is the boldness we have in him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. ¹⁵ And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have obtained the requests made of him. ¹⁶ If you see your brother or sister committing what is not a mortal sin, you will ask, and God will give life to such a one—to those whose sin is not mortal. There is sin that is mortal; I do not say that you should pray about that. ¹⁷ All wrongdoing is sin, but there is sin that is not mortal."

2) Our prayers can go unanswered because we ask “wrongly”.  Are you asking for selfish gain or for good?  Does what you want from God harm you (your soul) or anyone else if you get your desire?  Don’t expect God to answer you if you are praying ‘wrong’.

James 4
4 “Those conflicts and disputes among you, where do they come from? Do they not come from your cravings that are at war within you? ² You want something and do not have it; so you commit murder. And you covet something and cannot obtain it; so you engage in disputes and conflicts. You do not have, because you do not ask. ³ You ask and do not receive, because you ask wrongly, in order to spend what you get on your pleasures.”

3) Have you FIRST placed your soul’s salvation above your other cares?  God’s first concern is our salvation- our relationship with Him.  Have we repented?  Have we humbled ourselves to God?  Have we been living in sin and praying to God to answer our prayers without a thought or concern to how we’ve offended God with our sins?  In James 4:8 (below) Sacred Scripture tells us to FIRST draw near to God- that means repenting and making God our FIRST priority (the First Commandment).  Once we have our relationship right with God, then we know how to pray according to God’s Will and not our own.

This goes to all the Catholics out there who vote/d for pro-choice politicians because you think one human being has the “right” to butcher pre-born human beings.  You’ve got the blood of innocents on your hands.  It also goes for all the Catholics who support/use birth control, support gay marriage etc. because you've fallen for the propaganda that "the Church has no business in our bedrooms" - it is not the Church who decides what is sin and what isn't- it's God.  So basically if that is your argument, you've just told off God.  The Church teachings God's Will, it does not decide what is a sin and what is not. Remember that when the devil's minions are spoon feeding you evil and you're lapping it up.  What God’s Holy Catholic Church teaches is the Word of God – people in the Church (be they laity or clergy) ALL need to repent from sin and fight to resist all evil temptations.  

When we sin, we are purposely doing evil- the devil’s bidding rather that our Lord’s Will.  Recall when Satan tempted Jesus in the Gospel, Jesus did not fall.  We need to stand firm against temptation.  The devil tells you abortion and birth-control is not a sin, God through His Holy Catholic Church tells you they are sin…who do you follow?  Before you answer that, know your salvation depends on it.

Do you weep over the direction your nation has found its self in?  Do you weep over your own offenses to God?  If not, you should be.  God says we should be weeping and mourning over all our offenses against God (James 4:9).  If you go into and out of the Confessional without shedding a tear, you might need to spend more time contemplating sin and its effects on your soul and your relationship with God. (I strongly suggest reading the lives of the Saints- start with the Divine Mercy by St. Faustina).

James 4 (continued) ^4 “Adulterers! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God. ⁵ Or do you suppose that it is for nothing that the scripture says, “God yearns jealously for the spirit that he has made to dwell in us”? ⁶ But he gives all the more grace; therefore it says,

“God opposes the proud,

    but gives grace to the humble.”

⁷ Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. ⁸ Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. ⁹ Lament and mourn and weep. Let your laughter be turned into mourning and your joy into dejection. ¹⁰ Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will exalt you.” -end-

Nations of people who do evil must repent if they want God to listen to them and receive answers to their prayers.  If you are continuing in sin, refusing to repent, do not EXPECT that God will cater to you in your filth.  He won’t.  He will not even listen to your prayer requests until you FIRST repent and return to Him.

Isaiah 1^15 “When you stretch out your hands,
    I will hide my eyes from you;
even though you make many prayers,
    I will not listen;
    your hands are full of blood.
¹⁶ Wash yourselves; make yourselves clean;
    remove the evil of your doings
    from before my eyes;
cease to do evil,
¹⁷     learn to do good;
seek justice,
    rescue the oppressed,
defend the orphan,
    plead for the widow.” -end-
     

 John 9 ³¹ We know that God does not listen to sinners, but he does listen to one who worships him and obeys his will."

John 9:31 does not mean that God does not hear sinners prayers repenting- of course He does!  What it means is God will not answer the prayers of unrepentant people.  Sin separates us from God, to get closer to God means we have to repent and turn from sin. 

So for all the Catholics (and other Christians) out there who are praying for an end to abortion in our nation and wondering “WHY hasn’t God answered our prayer?”, first consider your own relationship with God.  Put God first, repent, worry for your own soul’s salvation FIRST and then know that God always listens to His people and He will answer your prayers.  Put your love for God and faith in Him first, by showing you can and will live your life as He desires you to.  Repent from all your sin, stop doing the devil’s bidding and start living every moment for God in all areas of your life.

Then you will be God's people and God will answer your prayers.
