Twitter and Gov. Dan Malloy try to silence me

Today I was on Twitter and commented on the Supreme Court's ruling in support of gay marriage and a tweet from Connecticut Gov. Dan Malloy's account showing the gay "pride" (pride in sodomy I guess) flag at the governor's residence here in my home state of Connecticut.

Here is the tweet from Governor Dannel Malloy showing his joy at more legalized sodomy...

My response?

A simple "You make me want to puke"... six words and an image of a Vatican document on why Catholics must oppose gay 'marriage' and I am silenced.

Apparently, this is NOT to be tolerated by Gov. Dan Malloy, sodomy lovers or Twitter.

In response I got...

and this gem...

and then from Twitter I got...

Coincidence?  Malloy's office?

So the sodomites and their sodomite loving supporters can voice THEIR opinions on the subject with all sorts of things under the hashtag "LoveWins" but if you have an opposing view point you're Twitter account is locked.

Who knew "You make me sick" was a violation of Twitter rules?  I don't see that listed anywhere, but it doesn't matter.  Coincidence?  Malloy's office?  I oppose gay "marriage" because God calls it a mortal sin and for that and my charming way with the English language Twitter suddenly locks my account?

Who else but the Governor could get such fast action in getting another person's Twitter account locked down?  I could be wrong...but I don't believe this is a coincidence and I don't believe it was any other person on Twitter.  That is my personal opinion.

As of now...Twitter has not unlocked my account.

In Christ and not gonna back down or be silenced,

UPDATE:
After 4 or 5 emails asking Twitter to show me the tweet that violated their terms of service, Twitter has unlocked my Twitter account.  They NEVER told me what tweet violated what rule, instead they claim it was a sort of unfortunate glitch (yeah right).
They sent me the following a moment ago:

The intolerance of the self-proclaimed tolerant crowd

By now, everyone has heard and possibly seen on Twitter and/or Instagram the #boycottdolcegabbana or the #boycotteltonjohn debacle by the, oh-so-tolerant liberal gay rights crowd but if you haven’t, here’s a quick recap…[links to all sources used below]

Gay fashion designers and ex-lovers Dolce & Gabbana gave an interview recently that didn’t sit well with other gays like Sir Elton John because Gabbana dared to share his personal opinion that IVF is not how families should be created and that children should have both a mother and a father.

Oh the horror!!  A gay man who supports a man+woman=baby=family point of view!

Gabbana made it clear he opposed using “chemistry” to make “synthetic children” or to “rent a womb”.

Here is the [poor] Google translation of the article:

This was just too much for poor old Sir Elton John and his gay lover who have children they are raising together as a “family”.  So distraught was old Sir Elton that he got on social media sending up a war cry against the entire Dolce & Gabbana fashion franchise.

They must be stopped!!

They must be made to pay for having an opinion that differs from old Sir Elton!

After Sir Elton John blew his stack asking everyone to boycott Dolce & Gabbana products, others joined in because of course no one, absolutely no one is allowed to have a different opinion than the liberal left.

If you dare to have an individual thought or opinion that isn’t approved by the Left, you are boycotted instantly for such an infraction against progressivism.

Gabbana fires back at the hypocritical intolerance of Elton John and his groupies on Instragram...

Sir Elton apparently was all talk and no action or he got Gabbana's message loud and clear, because just a few days later he was seen shopping carrying a Dolce & Gabbana bag!

If you don’t tote the line with gay activists and liberals they are like a feeding frenzy turning even on their own.  Remember that the next time you hear one of them speak of “tolerance” or being “accepting” of other people for who they are or having their own opinions.

These people speak with forked tongues.

Philippine Bishops supporting gay rights- in a roundabout way?

The Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines has voiced its support for an “anti-discrimination” law to not treat lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people as “second-class” citizens.  But what “rights” exactly are the Bishops supporting for LGBT people so they no longer feel like they are being treated as second class citizens?

Tell me I'm wrong, but it looks to me that the CBCP is supporting gay rights in a roundabout way...

Quote: “MANILA, Philippines – The Catholic Bishops' Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) said it supports a proposed anti-discrimination law as long as it rejects second-class treatment for the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) community.  The CBCP, however, said it cannot encourage choosing one's gender and performing homosexual acts, among other things. It explained that gender and sexuality “must be counted as God’s gift.” The CBCP also asserted its “exclusive right” to choose priests “even on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity.”
“Insofar as the proposed piece of legislation renders illegitimate the relegation of persons with sexual orientation and gender identity issues to citizens of a lower category enjoying fewer rights, the CBCP cannot but lend its support to this proposed legislative measure,” CBCP president Lingayen-Dagupan Archbishop Socrates Villegas said in a statement Tuesday, March 3.
Villegas said an anti-discrimination law is a “gesture of charity” if discrimination means “that certain individuals, because of sexual orientation or gender identity, are systematically denied fundamental human rights.”  He then urged priests to care for all, including the LGBT community, and warned parents against imbuing in children “the loathing and disgust” for the LGBT. He instructed Catholic schools, for their part, to implement a “zero-tolerance” policy against “the bullying and badgering of persons in such personal situations.”
Villegas explained that treating the members of the LGBT community as outcasts “certainly does not conform to Pope Francis’ vision of the Church as the sacrament of divine mercy and compassion.”
“Persons with homosexual orientation are sons and daughters of God; no less than any of us is. Discrimination against them is contrary to the Gospel spirit. Verbal and physical violence against them is an offense against the good Lord Himself,” the archbishop said.  Villegas issued this statement as the anti-discrimination bill passed the committee level at the House of Representatives on February 11. This means congressmen can begin to debate on the bill in the plenary.
The bill “seeks to prohibit discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity,” the bill's principal author, Dinagat Islands Representative Kaka Bag-ao, said in a statement.” -End quote-

Some interesting wording that I am sure will be seen differently by different people.  Let’s start with “lower category enjoying fewer rights”.

What “rights” exactly do homosexuals legally need that they don’t already have?  They have the right to live, food, shelter, to work, join the military, own property, go to school, vote, have a career…what rights are they missing that make them feel “discriminated” against?

Oh yes… MARRIAGE!!

The Bishops here are either being completely naïve or extremely deceptive.  The Philippines is ranked one of THE MOST GAY FRIENDLY places in the WORLD.  Certainly no one is advocating verbal or physical violence against homosexuals and since the Philippines is ranked as one of the top 10 gay friendly places in the entire world, then what "discrimination" are they suffering?

If the Philippines are so “gay friendly”, then what is the reason for this anti-discrimination law?  What's left?

Marriage.

It’s the only “right” they claim they are lacking.  So this is all about gay marriage and activists [in my opinion] are using the Philippine Bishops to push their gay agenda under the mantle of "charity" and ending "discrimination".

What about Archbishop Villegas’ statement “systematically denied fundamental human rights”?  What’s that supposed to mean?  Are they denied the right to food?  Shelter?  Jobs?  To own property?  To vote?  No, they are not.  They have ALL those rights, just like other citizens.

What's missing?  Marriage.

The Vatican has made it quite clear the Church can not and will not recognize any gay unions.

So once more I ask, what “fundamental human right” is the CBCP talking about, that homosexuals currently don’t have in the Philippines if not marriage which the Church cannot and will not support?

And what's that last crack about treating LGBT's like "outcasts" [who exactly is doing that and how will this law change it?] and Pope Francis' view for the Church?  How are they being treated like "outcasts" in one of the most gay friendly places in the entire world?

I wish Archbishop Villegas would have specified exactly what he was talking about.

Priest: "I am coming out for gay equality because its what Jesus would do."

Openly gay priest, Fr. Gary Meier of the archdiocese of St. Louis speaks out for gay equality but refuses to tell homosexuals that homosexual ACTS are a mortal sin that will lead to eternal damnation.

He has written books for gay rights and has begun his own gay rights activist outreach program called "Rising Voices of Faith" - don't be fooled, the Catholic Faith is nonexistent in this program.

Father Meier rejects Catholic teaching on homosexuality in favor of Pew polls.

No really...Here is what Father Meier states on his website:

link: http://www.risingvoicesoffaith.com/#!blog1/c13nz

Got that?

This Catholic priest is teaching that a mortal sin is "a gift from God".

When Pope Francis said "Who am I to judge?" back in 2013, Father Meier said;

"At the very least, perhaps now others will follow the Pope’s lead and be a little less judgmental themselves.  If the only good that comes out of the Pope’s statement is that others will be less judgmental, than that would be a great place to start. For years, members of the LGBT community have been judged and told that they are disordered; that they have a disease like alcoholism; that they are defective in some way; that they are wrong when they should be right, that they are unfit and unworthy of ordination – and today, our Pope seems to be opening the door for what I hope will lead to a conversation about homosexuality in our church.  LGBT Catholics who have come to the church looking for love and acceptance have instead found an atmosphere of silence and shame.  And it’s not just the gay population who suffers, it is all those who have accepted a member of their family and all of those who have allied as friends.  They too have been silenced and shamed, ostracized by a church teaching and hierarchal positioning that will not allow us to support, love, nurture and foster positive gay relationships in our church I am optimistic, that our Pope’s comments can lead to greater love and acceptance of the LGBT community.  And at the same time, I am cautious – cautious that the change in tone and attitude represented by the Pope’s statement will not lead to a change in theology and doctrine which so desperately needs to change."

Got that?  Another Catholic priest wants theology and Church doctrine to CHANGE so that what God calls mortal sin (homosexual acts) can be redefined as "love" and then allow Catholics (clergy and laity) to "support, love, nurture and foster positive gay relationships in our church."

"positive gay relationships"?

Are those anything like "positive adulterous relationships"?  How about "positive fornicating relationships"?

Where (if at all) do progressive liberals in the Church STOP attempting to redefine sin?  As if God made a mistake and now, after more than two thousand years of the Catholic Church He has decided to fix this teaching so that what was once mortal sin is now 'love'.

Ridiculous and blasphemous at the same time!

I just can't understand how a priest (presumably well educated) can read Catholic doctrine, the catechism, the Saints, Papal Bulls, encyclicals etc. and yet still come out with this heretical drivel.

That these priests SEEM to believe what they are saying is the most baffling part of it for me.  How can *I*, a mere member of the laity- without the extensive theological education our priests have- see what is wrong with this sort of thinking, and they so oblivious?

Father Meier continues his harmful heretical rhetoric with assorted non-approved gay website links on his "Rising Voices of Faith" website.

But perhaps even more harmful and damaging is Father Gary Meier's personal website where he offers his services to guide and counsel people in HIS beliefs rather than the Church's official teachings.  He also offers to do speaking engagements to spread his heretical beliefs to others.

Why is this allowed?

Does the Bishop approve?

Does Father Meier have the SILENT approval of the Archdiocese of St. Louis?

Looks that way since nothing has been said about Father Meier's personal website offering his services or his gay activist outreach program.

As a matter of fact the only thing the Archdiocese has said has been about Meier's gay book.

Does that mean they have no problem with his doing speaking engagements and guiding others in his beliefs that oppose Catholic teaching?

Again, it would seem so.

Catechism on homosexuality:

2357 Homosexuality refers to relations between men or between women who experience an exclusive or predominant sexual attraction toward persons of the same sex. It has taken a great variety of forms through the centuries and in different cultures. Its psychological genesis remains largely unexplained. Basing itself on Sacred Scripture, which presents homosexual acts as acts of grave depravity, 141 tradition has always declared that "homosexual acts are intrinsically disordered."142 They are contrary to the natural law. They close the sexual act to the gift of life. They do not proceed from a genuine affective and sexual complementarity. Under no circumstances can they be approved.
2358 The number of men and women who have deep-seated homosexual tendencies is not negligible. This inclination, which is objectively disordered, constitutes for most of them a trial. They must be accepted with respect, compassion, and sensitivity. Every sign of unjust discrimination in their regard should be avoided. These persons are called to fulfill God's will in their lives and, if they are Christians, to unite to the sacrifice of the Lord's Cross the difficulties they may encounter from their condition.
2359 Homosexual persons are called to chastity. By the virtues of self-mastery that teach them inner freedom, at times by the support of disinterested friendship, by prayer and sacramental grace, they can and should gradually and resolutely approach Christian perfection.
2396 Among the sins gravely contrary to chastity are masturbation, fornication, pornography, and homosexual practices.

How to use gay money to end being sued by gays

If you oppose photographing a gay ‘marriage’ you are sued.

If you oppose baking a cake for a gay ‘marriage’ you are sued.

If you oppose selling flowers for a gay ‘marriage’ you are sued.

If you oppose renting a 'wedding' site for a gay 'marriage' you are sued.

If you oppose lodging at your Bed-n-Breakfast to gay couples you are sued.

It doesn’t matter that these gays can go to dozens of other businesses to get what they want, they target you and sue you anyway. They do not care about YOUR rights.  They do not care about offending you.  They do not want 'tolerance' they want you to accept their unions regardless of your religious beliefs.  They demand you put THEM before your God. They do not care about anyone but themselves and their agenda.

What’s a person to do while the courts are sorting out whose rights will triumph?

What should and can you do IF a court has already told you that you must cater to these gay ‘marriages’?

USE THEIR OWN MONEY AGAINST THEM.

Post it on your business door or put it in your contracts that ALL services provided to same sex couples will have a portion (or all) of the fees used to fight against gay ‘marriage’ and the gay agenda.

Pick an organization that fights to end gay marriage to donate the money to and let these gays know they are paying for legal opposition to their agenda.

If these people know THEIR OWN MONEY will be used AGAINST them, they more than likely will take their business somewhere else.

If they still insist you provide a service to them, say “Thank you the (name the organization) appreciates your donation to fight against gay marriage!  Have a nice day now!”

Lesbians Denied Holy Communion

Great news!

A wonderful Catholic priest has denied Holy Communion from a couple in mortal sin.  Which mortal sin?  A homosexual relationship.  Another openly gay (lesbian) couple find themselves dismayed that a Catholic priest is behaving like a Catholic priest should.

Far too often, knowing clergy decide to turn a blind eye to openly gay couples and give them the Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of God without batting an eye to the fact that they KNOW the person is in mortal sin.

Would that same clergy feel perfectly right in giving HOLY Communion to a self proclaiming serial killer or rapist? How about to someone who walks up and blasphemies the name of God, then opens their mouth for Holy Communion?
Same thing.

No one is to have Holy Communion if they are in MORTAL SIN – no one.  Go to Confession, repent and then come before God to receive Holy Communion in a worthy state and manner.

1385 To respond to this invitation we must prepare ourselves for so great and so holy a moment. St. Paul urges us to examine our conscience: "Whoever, therefore, eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of profaning the body and blood of the Lord. Let a man examine himself, and so eat of the bread and drink of the cup. For any one who eats and drinks without discerning the body eats and drinks judgment upon himself."218 Anyone conscious of a grave sin must receive the sacrament of Reconciliation before coming to communion.
1395 By the same charity that it enkindles in us, the Eucharist preserves us from future mortal sins. The more we share the life of Christ and progress in his friendship, the more difficult it is to break away from him by mortal sin. The Eucharist is not ordered to the forgiveness of mortal sins - that is proper to the sacrament of Reconciliation. The Eucharist is properly the sacrament of those who are in full communion with the Church.

Notice that last bit there?  The Eucharist is for who???

THOSE IN FULL COMMUNION WITH THE CHURCH.  That is something these lesbians (and others) are woefully ignorant of.

That means, you MUST accept Church teaching and REPENT of what the Church defines as MORTAL SIN.

Homosexual relationships are MORTAL SIN.  Period.

In this case, an openly lesbian couple (Carol Parker and Josie Martin) had been happily attending a Catholic parish (St. Columban Catholic Church in Chillicothe, Mo.) for more than a decade without ever being told their relationship was a mortal sin.  When one of the lesbians’ mother died a ‘new to the parish’ priest Father Benjamin Kneib informed the lesbians that he would not give them Holy Communion during the funeral mass because they were in a state of mortal sin.

The lesbians were shocked and dismayed.  How could a priest dare to mention sin to them!  Imagine,  a priest discussing someone’s sin with them in the hopes of getting a person to repent! Makes one wonder just what they had been hearing in that parish prior to this new priest showing up.

Because apparently this has been unheard of at this parish until this point.

Unfortunately, the profoundly *stupid Catholics sitting in the pews either don’t know the teachings of the Catholic Church any better than these lesbians or they too like wallowing in sin and refuse to repent or acknowledge their own sins because this story just keeps going.

How did the pew sitting Catholics respond when they heard the lesbians would be denied the Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ?

They turned up their noses at Jesus and refused Holy Communion themselves.
[these are the *stupid Catholics referenced above]

Can you imagine?  You turn down JESUS CHRIST in favor of two people in mortal sin!

Talk about blasphemous!

Jesus SUFFERED and DIED for these people and how do they treat Him?  They refuse Him in the Eucharist so they can support mortal sin and make fools of themselves in front of a Catholic priest fulfilling his mission in Christ.

God help them on Judgement Day.

Speaking of “judgement”…

How did the lesbians respond to the priests decision to refuse Communion to a couple in mortal sin?

They of course quoted Pope Francis, “Who am I to judge?” and reprimanded the priest for judging their sinful actions.

“That was our faith community. It really took away a lot of things for us,” Ms. Parker said. “He (Father Kneib) would still like to see us there, but I don’t feel like I’m welcome if I can’t take part in the main focus of the Mass.”She provided PROMO, a Kansas City-based advocacy organization for the LGBT community, with a Jan. 1 follow-up letter Father Kneib sent her in which he further explained his decision. According to a press release from the organization, the letter stated that “having a same-sex attraction is not sinful in and of itself ... it is only when a person moves from attraction to willfully acting upon it that the situation becomes a sinful matter.”Father Kneib also apologized to Ms. Parker that the events that had transpired took place at the time of her mother’s funeral. When contacted by the News-Press, Father Kneib had no comment.Ms. Parker said she hopes that the priest might “open his eyes and fully receive the LGBT community into the church.”We’re all God’s children, and we have every right to receive Communion,” she says. “Even the pope has said, ‘Who am I to judge?’”

Stupid Catholics.

You ONLY have the "right" to Holy Communion in the Catholic Church IF you are first in "full communion with the Church"- see catechism #1395.

Catholics you REALLY need to read your catechism and educate yourselves.

May God bless you greatly Father Kneib and give you GREAT STRENGTH to educate your flock and bring them to repentance before it’s too late.

Addition: To all the faithful Catholics in this parish, my comments were not meant towards you, but rather the people referenced in the original news article who decided to reject Jesus in the Eucharist in favor of standing beside mortal sin.  Gods blessing on you all.

In Christ,

Julie @ Connecticut Catholic Corner

Wonderful Catholic men who would not be bullied

On November 24, 2013 in San Juan, Argentina a crazed feminist pro-abortion and lesbian mob burned an effigy of Pope Francis. I had seen the disgusting video and was sickened by it.

Today I saw another video of that same day, showing WONDERFUL Catholic men surrounding a Catholic Church to protect it from the vile and perverted mob.  The mob was vandalizing this Catholic parish and the men were doing their best to protect their Church.

These men were praying the rosary non-stop while the feminist mob SPIT on them, colored markers on their faces, spray painted the men's crotch area, shouted at them and some of the women took off their underwear and placed them on the men's heads while the men continued to pray the rosary. Gay pride rainbow flags were wrapped around the praying men and still they would not stop praying even under such vile and perverse attacks.

These are amazing wonderful Catholic men and I thank God for them.

The video IS difficult to watch, but at the same time the men are inspiring in that NOTHING the mob does will stop them from praying the rosary even when they are bloodied from the attacking mob.

The nudity is blurted out of the violent half dressed feminists.

May God have mercy on the mob and pour His Grace on those wonderful inspiring Catholic men.  The Church needs more men (and women) like these.

In Christ,

Julie @ Connecticut Catholic Corner
